Our goal is, to inform professionals from different countries, to advise and qualify if necessary.

The substantive and practical content of integration requires an individual monitoring of each specialist, and in close cooperation with our international partners, candidates and employers.

International applications are often not taken into account by employers, because HR managers the necessary know-how for the necessary processes to set terms of skill, the recognition of professional qualifications in Germany, the working- and residence permits and other formal and legal aspects missing or the effort involves a disproportionate effort for the employer.
