Application for recognition of regulated professions

For citizens from so-called third countries, an individual examination of the equivalence of the professional qualification by the competent recognition authorities of the federal state in Germany is required, as there are different training contents in the individual countries. If the content and duration of the training largely match, full recognition is given. If the training content is partially different, partial recognition can be achieved. Applicants can compensate for lack of knowledge with an aptitude test or an adaptation course. Full recognition can be achieved with successful completion of the examination or the adaptation course.
