For outpatient facilities
By the general turnover rate of outpatient facilities and demographics, as well as the shortage of skilled workers, are outpatient facilities (Sozialstationen, home care services) committed continuously new medical, discontinue nursing and home economics staff. Only in this way can an adequate supply of long-term care and dementia ill people in their home environment be ensured.
Many outpatient facilities receive unsolicited applications from EU countries and non-EU countries which are not considered.
The reasons lie in the time needed, necessary and a technical know-how for the processes for adjustment with respect to the aptitude test, the documents for applying for the recognition procedure, the working- and residence permits and other formal procedures. Unfortunately, the necessary human resources are not available to outpatient facilities because their staffing levels and the cost pressure on available.
