By the general staff turnover rate in nursing homes and the demographics, as well as the shortage of skilled workers, are residential facilities continuously committed to new medical and nursing staff set. Only in this way an adequate supply can be assured of long-term care.
Many nursing homes receive unsolicited applications from EU countries and non-EU countries which are not considered.
The reasons lie in the time needed, necessary and a technical know-how for the processes for adjustment with respect to the aptitude test, the documents for applying for the recognition procedure, the working- and residence permits and other formal procedures. The necessary human resources are not the personnel departments of nursing homes unfortunately available.
