In the health professions is a great need for well-trained and motivated personnel. But the training and knowledge to special requirements. the conditions for training and access to the profession throughout Germany have become common for the so-called Healers.

Is a recognition of professional qualifications as a nurse needed?
In the healing professions you need necessarily a recognition. Only people working in these occupations, have a special permit, professional recognitions. This is e.g.. approbation, professional license or permission to use the professional title. To obtain the professional license, they must prove the uniform throughout Germany qualifications and an examination have passed after the training or recognition of their foreign professional qualifications. After a few more requirements are checked, one may call themselves accordingly and work in the profession. It is in these professions to federal law regulated professions.

The "Law to improve the detection and recognition of foreign acquired professional qualifications" (short: recognition Act) regulates the procedure for recognition and evaluation of foreign qualifications. With the enactment of the Law on recognition 1. April 2012 was created a legal right to a method for the recognition of foreign professional qualifications. This applies to people with foreign qualifications, wish to pursue the corresponding one of her professional qualifications in domestic employment – regardless of nationality, Education State, Residence status or place of residence.
